STREEDHAN - MENTAL HARRASSMENT FROM IN LAWS AND HUSBAND

23-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
In laws and husband have mentally harassed me after marriage . So presently staying at parents place. Husband is financially sound but he do not take care of child .He has not even spent one full day with child . My in laws are also not concerned about child and they have not even shown affection to child. My belongings are in custody of mother in law and recently I have requested her to return my belongings . She is stating that we will not allow you to come at matrimonial home , you can collect your belongings from community. Also if you want to come and collect the belongings from matrimonial home then you should bring your daughter also. They do all wrongs and put blame on me. What to do since right from birth of child , neither my husband nor in laws have shown care and affection towards child. How can I collect my belongings....
