Hi, the following are documents required for the marriage under special marriage act. 1. Birth certificate / School leaving certificate of both, boy & girl. 2. I D proof of both 3. Passport size four photos of both 4. you have to submit an application before the registrar of marriage in person, the presence of both, girl and boy is necessary. 5. After 30 days, you have to again visit the office of registrar with three witnesses and thereafter the certificate will be issued to you. The following documents are required for marriage under registration of marriage act i.e., for couple of same religion. 1. Marriage certificate issued by pandit or moulavi. 2. ID card of both 3. Birth Certificate / LC of both 4. Passport size four photos 5. Marriage Invitation card 6. ID proof of pandit/moulavi, and two more witnesses. and the certificate will be issued on next working day.

Hi, You need to tell your religion , place of residence and place of marriage , Whether it’s first or second marriage of bride and groom . In general passport size photographs of bride and groom, their marriage photographs, marriage card or marriage registration in arya Samaj mandir, passport size photographs of 2 witness along with their residential photo I’d proof ect are required. Thanks

ration card, l.c pancard, aadhar card, birth certificate, some declaration in stamp paper.. marriage vidhi ,s picture 2 witness 4 to 5 passport photos. all paper compelsory notrized....

For marriage both intending parties must b adult and consent to marriage. If same caste, birth certificate/sl certificate, two witnesses and court fee. Now a days marriage can b registered in the office established by municipal authority. Both have to fill on rewuired forms, pay fees and appear b4 the marriage registrar and sign

Passport size photographs, address proof of both, birth certificate or school leaving certificate, witness and their ID proofs. Procedure marriage needs to be performed in presence of priest and thereafter registrar after verifying documents will registered your marriage.
