Special marriage act ( muslim.boy and Hindu girl)

Hello. I want to ask my age is 26 and my partner age is also 26 but I am Hindu and he is Muslim . His parents are ready but my parents are not ready . Becouse he is Muslim my parents are not ready they always makes excuses I want to do court marriage without knowing them can ido ?? And if yes how and what all documents i need . Please help

List of documents that are important for marriage –  Identity Proof – Both the partners must have to submit a document like PAN Card/ Voter ID Card  Address Proof – Aadhar Card / Driving License / Ration Card  Death Certificate Of Spouse Or, Divorce Decree – In case of a previous marriage, the partners must have to submit these documents. Photographs & Affidavits

Your marriage will be done under the Special Marriage Act and the documents needed will be:- 1). Your and your partner's passport size photos. 2). Your and your partner's Aadhar Card. 3). 10th Marksheet to prove your age. 4). 3 witnesses with Aadhar & PAN Card. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes u can go for special marriage act no notice will go to any of tge residence either boy or girl should be resident of Delhi ir any doc of Delhi 4 photograph each and 3 witness if u have further query plz free to call

Hello the marriage can be done under a special marriage act or under Muslim as in case you want to change your religion. in both cases your parents will not get any information. in regards to documents, your addhar and school marksheet will be required

yes u can do under special marriage act, Aadhar card marksheet of 10 th class 2 witness 2 passport size photo every document should be have both of you Aadhar card and marksheet should be have both of you and
