Q: Wife does not wants to live with my family and is 7 months pregnant

I got married on 25th January 2023. It was a arranged marriage. My parents were staying at another place because of my father's job and he is heart patient as well. My wife does not talk to my parents and shout on me and abuse my parents if I deny her doing anything. In august 2023, she left my home with her sister and has not returned back. Her brother threatened me to file a attempt to murder case against me. I have some call recordings with her brother in law stating her behavior.

My friend who commit extramarital affair to married woman. His wife knows and after he leave her affaire woman. She filled 376 but he win the case for consent sex. After three year incident wife continues live with him. But she leave after and another two year letter she filled crulty and previous extramarital affair of husband even she lived with him more then three year. Is she can file base of privious extramarital affair even she was living with him.

yes he can ,even he can file petition for taking divorcethat will be helpful in divorce and previous 376 case order will be become evidence for making ur case strongyou have a lots of proof for taking divorce even you can proof your wife false implicated to u in all these case.

Q: Question related to court marriage

Hi there, I just want to know that if I do court marriage then will my village council knew that? Even if I don't tell them or can I hide that for 1-2 years. And if I do so then will it lates cause problems when I want to add my wife name there? Please help me on this one. Thank you

u can add anytime even u can hide 6 years 7 years doesn't matter until and unless u will not disclosethat certificate in other side no ur Village counsel will not know if u will not tell and will show that marriage certificate to anyone

Don't worry Akhir aap dono divorce ke liye agree h toh apka mutual consent mei divorce ho jayga after divorce you will get ur alimony until and unless u will not get married with someone else baby h toh baby ka maintenance apko time to time milta rahega

Q: A young boy trapped by a rich widow.

One is a 45 year old widow and the other is a 25 year old young boy. In this case, they lived with each other like girlfriend and boyfriend and the boy was living with her for 8 months without informing his family members. Now the girl is forcing him to marry. But the boy does not want to marry her, the boy says that she was trapping him by luring him with money and forcing him to live with her. The girl is threatening him to marry her, and has filed a rape case with the police department.

Go to police station give a complain regarding whatever she is threatening to him and whatever she has done with him otherwise if you will not take any step then you will see many difficulties its better in time give a complain to police officer
