Seeking Guidance on Family Situation and Legal Options

I live in the United States because my husband wanted me to study here. My two-year-old daughter is in India with him. He is a good dad, but it's been a year since he spoke to me, not even a simple "hi." When I call, he just shows me our daughter (he doesn't even show his face). It's really hard for me. I left our 7mnts old daughter for him to follow his interests in the USA. I tried many times to ask him. Now, I don't know what to do. Can you suggest any legal help? I don't want a divorce.

You need to file Conjural rights petition in court that you want to live with your husband and you don't want any divorce with him, Kindly approach to any advocate he will help in Conjural rights petition in court and we get orders to stay together and we say you don't require divorce and also you will fulfill his interests and also you don't need any divorce and also want to stay with your daughter and husband

yes mam u can claim for a divorce under the ground sof mental cruelty as it is causing you a trauma as u cannot see your daughter since long time and your husband is even not letting to see her face in and contact you either so you can file for your daughter's custody and can file a case and claim divorce hope this will be helpful Thank-you

send him a legal notice regarding custody of child if he listen good or else file a case in family for custody of children and for that you dont need to come to india you can give gpa holder to anyone of your relative to present in the case and we look after the case .And he is not talking you since then think of it what to do ?
