Is there any possible way to do sameday Court Marriage in Cuttack.

You have to wait for 30 days.
The marriage under the Special Marriage Act can be solemnised after 30 days and before 90 days of the publication of Notice of intending marriage.
So in view of the statutory period of 30 days as mandated by Section 5 of the Special Marriage Act you have to wait for 30 days for solemnization of Marriage.
