Rights of second wife on property in name of deceased first wife

My mom expired in 2012 then my dad expired in 2018 .we are the only 2 daughters of our parents.my dad has left a second wife with no kids from her.we are muslims.the house which our parents use to leave is on our mother's name.my question is that do we have the sole right on that house.what is the right of our stepmom in our mother's properties and father's debts and properties
If of property is made exclusive in the name of your mother, then it becomes self acquired property of your mother in that both of you sisters will get equal share. In that your step mother will not get any right.

The hindu law the mother has only claim the maintance to the father no property claim right .first wife has the legale weeded.The hindu law the man has become A marrige the first wife take adivorce to the man and again he has become A marrige to the other women but this is not follow second wife has not any right and this marrige was illegal .

As per your question that property dispute in between you and your step mother, that there is no any right of your step mother in your original mother property.and the second thing is that you have full right in your original mother property and it's only up to legal heir's certificate from Court ,as per Court order you can do anything with that property.
