हॅलोआपणे रजिस्टर ऑफिस से शादी की है तो यह आपका लीगल राईट है के आपको अपणाने से कोई नही रोक सकता आपके पती भी आपको नही अपनाना चाहते तो आप उनको वकील के हातो से लीगल नोटीस भेज सकते हो की आपको ससुराल ले जाये और पोलीस मे शिकायत भी करवा सकते हो

Q: Fake case of Pretext of marriage gainst Boy

The girl is threatened my friend to file fake case against him of pretext of marriage and forceing him to marry her while he caught her cheating on him with another guy. The girl initially said sorry for her mistake but when my friend try to do breakup she started threatening him and his family for filing fake case of pretext of marriage. The guy is government employeeso she threatened h of loosing his job too. What should he do to save himself?

HelloFirstly you have to collect all evidence regarding the your relationship and what kind of circumstances you are broking up with that girl and after that if she is threatening you via cl or personally in false case you have to take precaution like voice recording, video recording etc after that you have to file written complaint near by local police station of your area and tell them everything that she is doing if police station officer not taking your complaint against her then you can file written complaint online on police official web site like this you can protect you and your family member do needful

Summon to produce document or other thing Whenever any court or any officer in charge of police station considers that the production of any document or other thing is neccessary or desirable for the purpose of any investigation inquiry ,trial or any other proceeding under this code by or before such court officer ,such court may issue a summon's or such such officer written order to the person in whose possession or such power such documents or thing is believe to be requiring to him to attend and produced it or to procedure it ,at the time and place stated in the summons or order. Section 93 of crpc search warrant may be issued .where the court consider tjat the purpose of any inquiry trial or other proceeding under this code will be served by a general search or insepection it may issue a search warrant.

Q: Rights of second wife on property in name of deceased first wife

My mom expired in 2012 then my dad expired in 2018 .we are the only 2 daughters of our parents.my dad has left a second wife with no kids from her.we are muslims.the house which our parents use to leave is on our mother's name.my question is that do we have the sole right on that house.what is the right of our stepmom in our mother's properties and father's debts and properties

Hello my self Adv.sagaryedke As per your question that property dispute in between you and your step mother, that there is no any right of your step mother in your original mother property.and the second thing is that you have full right in your original mother property and it's only up to legal heir's certificate from Court ,as per Court order you can do anything with that property.

Q: Booked flat in 2011 project not started and builder commited suicide

I booked flat in 2011 in titwala area.My builder committed suicide in march2018.And the land in which the flat was to be constructed is auctioned by KDMC for Open land tax.How i can get my money back and what is the procedure please advise

Heloo First upon you have to collect all documents about this booked flat.after that you have to sent them legal notice and after that field civil suit against them for declaration and compensation of this flat..
