Hello, I m a housewife and living with my husband n one year old daughter in Bangalore . I m against liquor n do not want that my husband keep it in our home. But he totally disagree with me and he is storing liquor in home and did not tell me about this. I knew this by my own. I told him to not drink ever but he occasionally drink. He is a diabetic patient. That's why also I tell him to not drink.And sometimes his friends came to our home and my husband secretly offer liquor to his friends . I request my husband to stop offering liquor to his friend but he did not do this. Not I m worried about my daughter n myself after these things happened in our home. Plz tell me that how can I stop these things...and teach a lesson to my husband?

1.file a complaint with police station. let police call him for investigation. otherwise, i donot think he would stop
2. you have all rights to stay in the matrimonial home as per hindu marriage act ( assuming ur marriage is as per hindu rituals ).

u can file case against him and he is so addicting for the u can file case against him and can be released from the court were the cas is going on were he ll come over and u can get legal in the court of law and order for the enforcer of the liquor and beer
