Return of money given at time of my marriage to my in-laws

20-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
Due to my husband's mis behavior with his parents,my in-laws approached police station and police has said to us to vacate the house as it belongs to my in-laws and it's not an ancestral property,as per police order we have left the house. But at the time of my marriage my parents has given money (stree dhan) to my in-laws and the money was used for the house renovation, the hard earned money of my husband was also used to clear the debts made before my marriage. Now at present my financial situation is not good so,My question is can I file a complaint in police station to get the money (stree dhan) given to my in-laws at time of marriage (marriage date 30 Jan 2015). Note:my husband didn't used the money given by my parent's,all the amount has been used by my in-laws only.
