Remedy if a family member is threatening to file case under POCSO act

Kya pocso act kisi pe v lagu ho jayega bina kuch kiye ,agr koi bhar rhta h aur use dhmkya jaye ki mai apko pasco act k taht fasa dungi to kya ye possible h ,aur kya hota h is act me plese send me answer. Family me meri bhavi mujhe dhmki deti h.
Aap ek informatory petition cjm k paas patna me de dijiye, jisme in saari baaton ka jikr kariyega, fansaane se aap unhe nahi rok sakte but apne aap ko majboot rakhne k liye aap ko yah kadam uthaana hoga.

If anybody file a criminal case against you,then firstly you will have to move for anticipatory bail stating all the relevant point on your defence.After that either contest the case or file quashing petition before Hon'ble High court. But mere threatening is not enough to take any steps.
