Relatives trying evict us from the house of our deceased guardians

Sir, After death my father and mother in my age 10 years, my neighbour become my guardian (He and she have not any child) he take me home like his child and done my education 8th to B.Com graduation. After that he done my marriage his younger brother's daughter, and living all 4 member's like happy family with each other (20+10) years with no objection. After that 2 month ago 7 Novmber 2017 my guardian (He) is died after age 88 years, and my guardian (She) is lived with age 85 aprox, Now some other relatives like (other two borthers and his childs and other more person) telling us you are get out from this house we are caretaker now. you have not any rights to live here. But my guardian (She) is upsate like this situation and she is not deside what can i do. he is not enough energy in 85 years. So Please help us what can i do

You said that you married to the daughter of the younger brother of your guardian, it clearly indicates that your neighbour did not adopt you, he only acted as a guardian, because if he had adopted you, you couldn't have married to his younger brother's daughter. You are not the adopted son of your above said guardian, so you have no right in his property. Your wife may have some share in the property through her father.

This case I'd complete clear as water and definitely you will get relief from honorable court.Thing is you have to make writ in high court under article 226 for supressing your fundamental rights and your mother can also go for high court to make writ to protect the right of senior citizen definitely you will get success there is nothing complicated in this case.do your parents have paper of adopting
