Relationship issue with husband what to do

Hello Sir/Madam I am Hindu by religion. I have been married for the last 5yrs.my husband does not even love me nor take the responsibilities of the house.we do not have childrens.i even pay the rent of the house,he never contributed anything to the house.he does not come home..he just want me to leave him.he does not have job.his parents had already told me to apply divorce as my husband attitude towards married life did not change. I hereby ask whether i ll get compensation/in what way i can apply divorce What are the reasons to apply for divorce What is the compensation amount will get Can i sue my in laws? If so what would be the reason Also i am working women Regards Shilpa

Don't worry....law is in your favour. With Indian laws we can bring your husband and his parents to terms chosen by you. Are willing to give trouble to them then start immediately without second thought and get everything in return.

Madam, As hindu law says, it is the morel obligation of the husband to look after his family. As you sought , you can go for divorce. The neglecting the wife is amount to mental harassment. Under this ground you can go for divorce. You can also seek for maintenance. Eve working women also get compensation as per new supreme court ruling.. Please Proceed.

please know that the object of marriage is not only having sex, but also having companionship to lead the harmonious happy life by being life partners. It appears to me that you have not taken anyone to confidence before choosing the matrimonial life. You are entitled to maintenance, which will be determined on the baisis of the paying capacity of your husband. Good Luck.
