Relationship Ended, Girl Forcing Boy to Get Married, else she will sui

Was in a relationship with a girl... It was very clear from they day 1, if our parents won't agree , we will not marry. Things continued & we got physical as per our wish. After repeated attempts by me, my parents didn't agreed for the marriage. Neither girl's parents agreed for the marriage. When finally we broker up. Now girl is forcing to get married and have filed complaint that he did sex with me with a promise to marriage and now he is walking out. What is to be done now.....I have written proofs of 3 years with date & time that whatever happened , was because of both of us consent.

अगर आप अपने सारे प्रूफ कोर्ट कर सामने रख देते है तो ऊपर बलात्कार का मुकदमा नहीं चलेगा लेकिन शादी और नाम पर धोखाधड़ी किए जाने का मुकदमा चलेगा अगर आप कोर्ट मे ये साबित कर देते हैं की लड़की की फ़ैमिली ने शादी नहीं होने दिया और आप शादी करना चाहते थे तो आपका मुकदमा छूट जाएगा

If FIR is registered than you are in big trouble. quickly you approach to high court for quash of FIR enclosed all the proof you hav with application. if high court not quash the FIR than you surrender the court. your all proof get ready in trial of matter but in stage of bail.

It will be solved by mediation and rather you have proofs as you said so case may go in your favour but before that to explain more briefly uh have to call.. Dont let the situation be worse. Call as soon as possible and even.. take it seriously because it can jail you and spoil ur life.. Thank you
