Registry marraige with a foreigner

Hello, I'm going to marry in a few months & my fiance lives in Philippines. She is already married there & it's quite impossible to do the annulment process by herself. She will come next month to India. So sir/ma'am, how to legalize our marriage by doing the registry marriage while in her visa & passport there is mentioned that she is married & the annulment or divorce process is impossible to do by herself at there.
until she is divorced and holds a divorce decree if you marry then such marriage will be held as void marriage better you get her divorced at the earliest possible time and then marry her as per the laws of the country are made
