Regarding transfer of case in criminal case of 498a

Sir/madam, I have following question regarding my case 1. My brother's wife filed case against my family including me as party us 498a, 323,504,506,3/4 at district kanpur dehat. My brother was not living with us. on 18 may 2018 in laws of my brother came to our house with 8 gundas along with my bhabhi (where I, my father and my mother were living) and beaten me and did broken my car and things of home.(my brother ) Police did not lodged any fir instead sent me for medical and lodged NCR and did challan of 1 person out of 8 u/s 151 crpc. Now my bhabhi on 3rd july 2018 filed above mentioned case of 498a in kanpur dehat and we are living in Ghaziabad My question is that can I file petition for transfer of case to Ghaziabad or any other district as we are afraid of going their for trial Note:my brother was not living with us since 7 sep 2016 and father debarred him on 15 oct 2016 by national newspaper only i.e not by court (we informed to DM and sp with news cutting on oct 2016 via email

your have following question of your brother case was filed 498 a 323 504 506 your brotherin law came with fundas and threatened and beaten to your family members. police has not charged nothing and didn't filed n FIR against them

Dear client better if you contact us then I will elaborate properly about your case and yes you can move a Transfer Application before High Court you have sufficient grounds so on that basis you will resolve this issue.

instead of filing of transfer of case FIR quashing because the case won't be transfer as a Priority is always given to the lady go for dismissal of case as you are living at different location and you have already debaarded your brother from your property
