first you have to get one person divorce with out getting divorce it is not possibe becoz that marriage is void in hindu marriage first you have to get sapartion then you can go for second marriage court will further diceded matter regarding

Dear Sir,
You cannot marry without legally divorcing earlier wife. Whether it is registered or not. Irrespective of registration of marriage you have to get divorce decree contested, or ex-parte or mutual. It is better for you to go for mutual divorce by paying some amount to your earlier wife and get legal mutual divorce.

I gone through in your issue bassed on marital,
now you want to marry with your exlover ,so it is difficult in Hindu marriage act, because once marriage is solomanised as per act with out divorce no second marriage couldn't.

Hi...if you both are agree you can go for mutual consent by that you can get divorce within six years of filing case. And adoption will come in to role after that only. But she have to agree for the same

Iam a married man 8 yrs completed with two kids , my lover is also married 3yrs back with 1 child but left her husband without divorce , since my wife doesn't like me or stay with me only becoz of her parents she is with me , now she has fell in love in work place , so my question is I want to marry my lover adopting her kid as my child is it possible in Hindu marriage act , both r Hindus. Without divorce on mutual understanding pls help me out .

Both are Hindus. Therefore, you need to take divorce before your proceed with the matter. If your proceed without due process of law, then it will amount bigamy. Therefore better you take divorce.

Adoption is possible in Hindu Act. But the Second marriage without dissolving the First Wife is amount to criminal offense.
