Regarding my rights and my child and domestic violence and disputes

I am muslim lady. My husband don't talk to me nicely at home never care for me and always quarrel with me in small things. Never treat me as a good husband. And two time I found him speaking with other girl . He talk other girl in good way and not with me what should i do.and always insulting in front of their family and in front of other.his family members also shout me and tell him to beat me if I do some mistakes. And tell. Bad things and abuse me.. and they act smart in front of me everytime. What can I do.plzz help me with good opinion and answer .and never give me money for my personal expense.

You should arrange a meeting between your parents, his parents, relatives who arranged your marriage. Tell all of your problems before them and ask them to solve the issue. If it will prove not helpful then you have legal remedies.

If such things are happening again and again then simply you should do one thing you can file criminal application under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act. And you can claim protection orders from Court i.e. will include accommodation and interim maintenance order against your in laws.

hi in this case you have to file application under section 12 of DV act wherein you can claim various reliefs you can claim residential rights, restrainment from domestic violence, maintenance, custody, protection and compensation from your husband
