Regarding mental harrasment of husband

I am a Hindu. I got married in 2007 and have 2 children.After 3 years my husband character began to change. Always shouting at me in bad words and insulting me too much daily consuming liquor I am not able to tolerate all. Hearing words of his mother using hard words on me he is financially well now I don't have a job now if I leave him will I get compensation from him.He is not all willing to change a bit.without mutual understanding how to run family.kindly advise.Thank you.

Once there is away lands on the part of your spouse, it is always open for you to approach the court and seek remedy which is well available in the Indian legal system. this is the case where there is mental cruelty, and physical abuse these are the violence in nature, since there is two children out if your Wed lock and you are not working he have to pay you to run the family the children education and All other necessity should be taken care of like medical and other miscall leneiys expenses

File a maintenance case for your livelihood if it is difficult to live with your husband than you can file judicial separation. if you want to file divorce then you can also file divorce instead of judicial separation.
