Regarding maintenance money for me and my baby

I'm having problem with my husband and I'm living with my baby seperately from my husband..Past 8 month I am not getting any salary from my husband.along with that I'm getting threatening from him and his family .He is scolding me with bad words and saying he will kill me and my father..what can I do now.

when your husband is not maintaining you and your child you are eligible to ask maintenance from the court from your husband you should take appropriate action to get maintenance for you and your child

First file a complaint on the harassments with the all women police station. Secondly file a petition for maintenance before a magistrate explaining your position. If you need further advice pls contact my number.
