Q: Future claims for child after one time settlement

Hi, I am a working single mom and going to file 13b petition for divorce without any alimony for me. One time settlement for child has been agreed by father and is going to be given before divorce. In case the alimony amount received now is insufficient for kid's education/ marriage/other expenses, can we claim again in future for the kid even if the father is remarried?

Future alimony is exceptional and would be granted in very rare circumstances. General rule is, once you accepted an amount you can't seek more in later point of time. You calculate all needs and seek appropriate amount.

Q: Cheque bounce acn related to property attachment

If my cheque to a party bounced whether it can be made as a property attachment process I need a clarification on that

I worked in a company for 10 days, then I left the job, they refuse to pay me the salary for those 10 days, what should I do?

Q: Planting trees near my compound

I have built my house and compound within our land boundary in 2003. We have our water sump just one feet from our compound wall.My neighbour who lives back side of our house, has not constructed his own compound wall. He has planted lot of plants along my compound wall, watering them daily and the wall is being damaged (getting weakened, fungus formed) due to porus in the wall. You have every right to question the one who damages your property in any manner. File a suit seeking an injunction to restrain him from further damage. Claim compensation for the damage occurred. Also seek a relief to remove the tree which creat threat to your compound wall.

Q: Last company salary not received

Hi my last company am properly releving time Dec 10 2023 . Management forcing another 1 month Jan 8 my last working day complete but Dec and Jan salary not credited my account ... I call and mail every time response not properly how to collect my money
