Q: Getting Certified Copy of will from Registrar Office

I am in Chennai. My maternal uncle passed away on 2017. I am suspecting a will in some of our family members. But when i approach the concerned sro office, they are not helping to find the will. Can any lawyer help me to assist getting the copy of will from sro office

WILL is not shown in echmbarance certificate.its difficult to identified or getting will from registrar office.WILL could be registered any register office in all over tamil nadu.Please mention your uncle area like village , district name. we can do level of best.

Q: one deceased defendants out of 3 defendants

Hello, There is a property partition case on my father along with 2 of there brothers. My father deceased now. Do we have to add legal heir compulsory? or the legal case to be handled by 2 of other brothers? We dont to involve too much on this case as my mother is old & I am out of country. Suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks

initially not made a will by your father on his own property after yours father property under equal sharing.After your father,for your father property partition deed those papers are must below,DEATH CERTIFICATELEGAL HEIRS CERTIFICATEyours questions is you must add your name on legal heirs certificate. If your brothers are try to getting legal heirs certificate hidding you.You or your advocate must go to tahshildar office and file a complaint. Then same proceedings are follow in Sub registrar office

Q: My father’s property after the death of him who gets?

My father’s property after the death of my father my uncle wrote and give to my sister's minor son without my consent. Is it valid or can I get the property back according to Tamil Nadu state in India property law?

thats property is your father self earning property then your father wrote a WILLon your sister's minor son or grand son. That transfer of property way is valid Otherwise ancestors property then that property becomes under equal share to deceased.

Q: Sexual torture from my husband for the past 2 yrs...

I got married with my husband in my age 18 over 19 Now soon I will be 22 .and at 19th end of age. I got preg.unexpectedly we didn't use the protection .and I felt a bit betray on that moment.bcz we both were planning the baby on 2023 but it happened on 2020.I could not study and being in pregna. .on the due date I got to be admitted in govt hosp. It got to be c-section.I got more hate on him and even in my bed rest he wants me. I hate this and he is not earning we having a son now idk what to do

I just complaint about my husband second marriage to SP office on last monday, They said case will be directed to ASWP, they will call you in 2 days, but one week gone, i dont receive any call, what should i do now?
