Regarding inter cast marriage benefit

Sir/madam
I am belong to the SC chamar cast in gujarat and married to Hindu Sindhi girl. I have applied for the scheme for inter cast marriage of Gujarati government. But they are saying that I am not eligible to get the benefit as this scheme belong to Hindu only and as girl is from minority community you will not get a benefit under the scheme.
The schemes says one of person should belong to SC cast and other person should Hindu upper caste.
So kindly guide us is it true that the I am. Let eligible for the benefit?
Sindhis are also Hindus. Ask him to accept your form otherwise give the answer in writting. Sindhis are also Hindus. They belong from Sindh area.
