my brother got married in 2018 oct ... same month she conceived and jan 2019 for pongal she went to her mother home after dat she never come back to our home after delivery also .2019 dec my father died for one month until process finished she stayed in my home later she go back still she nvr come ..we called her and speak with his father mother but they r not willing to send her and she also not interest to come back and stay with my mom ..we are 5 elder sisters and he is my only younger brother ...two elder sisters statying separately in chennai and next two in devakottai and iam at malaysia ..my brother and my mom staying alone ...we want to settle my brother ..my brother want to stay with my mom..he dowan to leave my mom alone ...the girl is my close relative ..so now if i want to send any letter first or apply for divorce what is the procedure ..we want to speak mutual bcoz already my mom not well ..so we want to settle my brother avan life ah valave illa sir..pls reply email...
if you want to proceed for divorce you can immediately felt there was no legal notice is necessary is to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights mentioned in the Hindu Marriage Act you can file divorce on the ground of physical or mental cruelty circumstances matching with Hindu Marriage Act
