Q: Dv district court judgement not executed till date

I have to get forty lakhs has compensation from my husband's side in dv case....I have got the district court order but still my compensation amount not given by my husband

Compensation might have been ordered under the Domestic Violence Act, but you need to execute it. You will only receive the amount if you execute the order. Please speak to your advocate and file for execution in court; you will get the amount.

Sir, if you provide the transaction ID and numbers for that wrong UPI payment to the cyber crime department, they will register a complaint and give you a number. You can then ask them which banks to contact and send a legal notice, and they will refund your payment, sir. For call details, please contact me.

Q: Empty Cheque higher amount issue

Hai Iam want to pay 3Lakhs rupees to one person they forced to get the cheque from iam also give them 3 empty cheque they fill the cheque with higher amount than that I want to give now they will file a case against me in court court will send me the summon to appear on court after two months is there any legal way to proof my self.

Sir, you should have provided notice within the notice itself. For example, I provided three cheques, including the cheque numbers and the amounts. If you provided a blank cheque, they will fill it in. If you have any proof of fraud from the court, please tell me. Otherwise, you should have provided a reply notice. I do not know if you have already done so, but you should have included the cheque number and the actual amount in that reply. You did not.When you file a counter, please state everything openly. I can only view this as a case; I cannot do anything else, sir. I do not know how you replied, but it would have been better if you had provided one.

Q: property document under alias /name

A few of my mothers property registration document has her name written under a different alias( 2-3 variations)..eg.. name in Aadhar is Jothibai ,but in the documents it's written as Jothi /Jothiraj(raj being my dad's name)...how to rectify or proceed with registration.
