Regarding false domestic violence or anthing else from my wife

Dear All, I have been married in April'19 in which my wife has stayed only 8-10 days at my rented house nearby my working place(Delhi NCR), here I lives alone and my hometown is in a different city. she is not interested to come to Delhi and pushing me to come Bangalore and stay with me Otherwise she will file false domestic violence against me and my parents and maintenance case against me. This is seriously not good for me. She calls and messages me that "I will file for divorce and also file too much money against you as maintenance and ruin your life." My life is so simple and wants to live with a simple Indian culture. But she is planning to ruin me and take too much money and marry another guy in Bangalore. We met lat time in September 2019. Requesting you to please suggest me my options. Query 1: I have filed section 9 in Oct'19 from Delhi court, She knew about it. what would be the reactions from her side? Hi sir, Need not worry. what will be your wife's reaction over section 9 petition is difficult to predict. It can be either way. You may certainly ask her to come and live with you. secondly, you have a remedy to initiate divorce petition if she refuse to stay with you. For more information, feel free to have a word with me.

You have already filed a restitution of conjugal rights and therefore initiating anything against you by her would only harm her. Maintainability of domestic violence would be in question if she initiate. You have to argue heavily for relief from the court Even you can claim for dissolution of marriage if intent the same. Also this is subjected to threat and blackmailing.
