regarding court marriage invalidation

sir, my brother have done court marriage with an already married woman. what i do legal process. i don't want this court marriage. please give suitable suggestion

yadi Aapke bhai ne court marriage kari hai vah Bhi Ek Aisi Mahila se Jiski Pahle Se Hi shaadi ho chuki hai unke hisab se vah shaadi valid Nahin Hai bashrte yadi aap Muslim Hain To vah usmein bhi Lo hai rok sakte hain
