Regarding Arya Samaj Marriage certificate

Sir,
I have done marriage in Arya Samaj mandir and have only Arya samaj marriage certificate and related photos but did not registered in Registrar office . I have done marriage in july 2018 .
I have quetion that wheather my marriage valid or not ?

yes your marriage is valid...Arya samaj certificate and photos are enough to prove the validity of marriage....Just keep your photos of marriage importantly...Or you can also get protection from High Court...with just minimum cost...then no one can claim anything...

your marriage is valid but as compare to marriage registration it is weak.
registration of marriage has full value and court consider only registered marriage not arya samaj marriage.
so it is better for you to go for registration.
