i am facing abuse from my husband and inlaws.my inlaws forced my husband to torture me n forced me to give my salary to them when i refused they found a new way and open a account of my son without my consent and forcing me to deposit money on this account....my father in law is a devil and greedy person he abused me and tortured me ....threating me that he take my 6 yr son and threw me out of the house...

i would advise you to file a criminal complaint against your Husband and In-laws mentioning their I'll behaviour towards you. After that you can also file a case before the Court for Domestic Violence and can claim all your streedhan. You have all rights to keep your son with you and you can also claim maintenance from your husband.
