Query related to domestic violence by father- physical and verbal

is there any limitation period of filing a domestic violence case against the physical and verbal cruelty by father? Last time I had to face such an issue was in 2020 during lockdown. Can I file a case now? Also, If I have pictures of bruises and marks on body and a voice recording, because of such violence, Can they be used as evidence ?

yes 3 years is the limitation period for filing any domestic violence suit. so you can file domestic violence Suit against your father because time limitation does not bar it. short give me your number then I will give you solution of your problem
