Family court passed interim maintenance against me under CrPC 125 which is not in line with my current income. I also paid for maintenance/education etc during case period that my wife refuses to consider and asking for hefty arrears

you must have hired a lawyer . please talk to him for filing objection of interim maintenance. you should tell court that my current income is not good enough to pay interim amount passed by court in your objection and also attach your salary slip.

पारिवारिक न्यायालय में अगर आप पति हैं तो केवल विदाई का मुकदमा ही दर्ज कर सकता हैं आपके खिलाफ ex party order किस धारा में हुआ है आपने बताया नही है अगर आपकी रिकॉल एप्लीकेशन कोर्ट ने रिजेक्ट कर दी है तो आप को हाईकोर्ट जाना पड़ेगा अपील करनी पड़ेगी ऑर्डर के खिलाफ।
