Hi! We want a simple court marriage with involvement of 2-3 people. What is the process of it? Please guide from the beginning.

hello For court marriage in gurugram you have to submit your and your partner's documents along with formal file in the mini sect. and after that they will give you further date nearly one month and after nearly one month when no one give objections, than they register your marriage. Hi. Firstly, we would like to know your religion and ethnicity for the very purpose because there are various parameters for the same. Secondly, the age of both the parties whether the guy is of more than 21 years of age or not and the girl is of more than 18 years of age of not. Thirdly, it requires two valid person as a witness.

the first thing is that you have register your marriage with the consent of your family or without the consent of your family if you registered your marriage with the consent of both of the families then it's a simple process that is maybe nearby Tahsil aur SDM office it also may be a Municipality office in which you simply prepared off file and some other documents like you are photographs wedding photographs means in wedding costumes photograph and two witnesses from groom side and two witnesses from the bright side and 1 affidavit from the Pandit aur any other institution where you want to get your marriage ceremony these documents presented before the officers which I dialled in above. and if you want to get marriage without consent of both of the families then you have an option to go before The Honorable Court and get marriage if you want production you will get also from them thanks
