My daughter left from her matrimonial home as harrassed by husband and in laws. Also marriage was non conumated since 5 years. Now she is living with her uncle. Can she file cases from her uncle's home without any address proofs. Also her husband sent summon u/s 9. Does that necessary to attend the hearing u/s 9. Or any legal reply to be sent.

Q: Forced Strip Search in school due to suspicions of carrying an E-Cig

Hello! I was recently strip searched against my will in my school due to suspicions of carrying an e-cig, i was wondering if what happened was legal? my co-ordinator asked a PE teacher to check my underwear for it and i denied but she insisted and as i had a fear of my parents knowing i had to go through with it, it has been a few days and i feel horrible because the PE teacher touched me in an area i was not comfortable with. I was carrying an e-cig because I am currently trying to beat my cigarette addiction. I do not wish for the PE teacher to get into trouble as he understood my situation and didn't want to do it either but he had to because of the teacher. Please let me know the legal opinion on this, thanks!

Q: Query about custody of daughter in divorce case

My sister wants to file a divorce case in court. She has a 24 month old daughter. We don't anticipate the husband to fight for custody right now but she is worried he might later fight for custody with her a few years down the line when her daughter is older. Can we get any legal assurance from the court at the time of divorce to make it difficult for the husband to file for custody later (maybe like an affidavit signed by him giving up custody forever if we don't contest divorce now)? Q: Regarding Taking Back The Case Or About Fir Cancellation

My phone was snatched at sonipat railway station to which i lodged an FIR there. The phone was tracked and the accused was produced before court. I have also gone there one time for my testimony and to identify the phone but the police official did not bring the phone on that date in court. So the judge give me another hearing date for the same. But now I want to take my case back because I live in different district (Faridabad). It becomes difficult for me to commute there on every hearing. So kindly instruct me how to take my case back or Is there any provision sothat I can cancel my FIR
