Protection on the basis of Arya Samaj Certificate of Marriage

Sir,
We both are adults and from the same cast. I have affidavits and Arya samaj marriage certificate. But till now we have not left our houses and keep this Arya samaj marriage secret. If we leave our houses, and the girl's family file a case against me, Can I stop the police case or get the protection of the police on the basis of Arya samaj marriage certificate?
If we want to register our marriage, do we have to register our marriage only at our native tehsil ( su-registrar office ) or we can get register it anywhere in India or at our home state (UP).
