Procedure to seek for divorce if husband harassing being separated

I am separated from my husband since 2015 due to his cruel behaviour to me. Even now he humiliates or threatens to disturb me in my work place. I want a permanent solution. Can I seek divorce? Or any other permanent solution.

One year must be completed for filing the divorce petition in the family court.if he harrash ur work place u can also file a dv act before cjm court.besides that u can also file a maintenance in thd family court.

Yes u can take divorce from him as per your religious Laws or Indian Laws by Court of Jurisdiction by filing a Petition seeking Divorce on the ground mentioned under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act. In addition u can file Suit for Maintenance a Suit for Dowry with Domestic violence.

Yes, you can give divorce to your hubby. Divorce is the only permanent solution if you are living separately. Hence, you can file a divorce petition under section 13 of HMA in the concerned Family Court.

Yes You can. File a divorce petition before the concerned court stating all the facts and if available , annex documentary evidence. But before filing divorce petition, give a legal notice to your husband to that effect.

Dear client,
In this situation you can file divorce case in the matrimonial court having jurisdiction for the same under sec 13 of Hindu marriage Act, 1955 and Sec 498 of IPC. you can file a FIR in nearest Police Station or also approach women cell.
