My family consists of 4 . I am 18 years old . my parents are torturing me physically by beating me and mentaly by verbal abuse and bad words . I am financially dependent on my father . I need to separate from my family how can go through the law and also need financial assistance from my parents like divorced partners get maintenance allowances and financial support
If you're earning presently then your parents would have no liability, otherwise, u can live separately from your parents and file a police complaint stating that you were harassed and violence was inflicted upon you by your parents which compelled you to move separately.
