Procedure for court marriage............

When a couple wants to perform court marriage, understood that identity documents are required.
In our case, me and the guy currently lives in Pune but all our documents ( adhaar, passport,pan card, license,etc) has the address of our hometoen I e. Nasik.
Can we still register for court marriage in Pune court?
If yes, then We are also looking for lawyer who can provide the consultant in this regard and also take forward in the procedure.

in this case i want to clarify that there is no court marriage. marriages are not performed in court however the marriages are registered under the special marriage act.
you can get married even if you have Nasik permanent address.
under special marriage act you to send one month notice in the marriage registrar office in Pune. after one month from notice you both can get married with certificate

First off all make it clear you bot are living together so solemnized marriage and if yes you can take the affidavit of priest..marriage photos and most important rent agreement copy were you live and get marriage certificate from local municipal office of Pune. But, if you had not yet married you have to ragister the same before ragistrar of Nasik r not and if both of you are from Nashik, bcz all of your documents will be from Nasik so you cannot register your marriage before ragistrar of Pune. So best solution first marry in temple before priest take rough entry of marriage, photo and id proofs and get certificate from Municipal office of your area.

Hi, for requiste documents you are within knowledge. for the purpose of registraion one must be residng within the jurisdiction of PMC limit. if You have raegistered leave and licnese agrement then procedure will be easy to start.
