Procedure against parents for cruelty and torture.

I am a 16 year old female living in Dubai with my parents and my 13 year old sister. My parents do not treat me with any kindness and will always find a way to put me down both mentally and physically. My father has beat me with his slipper as well as pushed me to the ground and kicked my stomach while my mother just punches me in the face usually. They call me awful names that imply me selling myself. Is it possible for me to live with someone else until I am finished with high school and can study at a university abroad? How will I get financial aid if I no longer live with my parents.
Financial aid can be attained by only by those category of people who are underprivileged and in a helpless state. In your case, as you are living in Dubai, you will have to take recourse to legal remedies available in that country. However, if by any chance you move to India you can file a police complaint against your parents stating that you were harassed and hence compelled to move separately from your parents. After that you can file a petition under section 125 of CrPC stating that you are a minor and unable to maintain yourself. Consequently your parents would be made liable to maintain you.
