The reason to write this is for my life safety including my kids and my mother. So far my wife have giving 4 complaints on me in police station and women cell charges demanding dowry, mental, physical and sexual harassment. But none of them proved anytime but she spooled my image in relations and neighbors. She all the time demands me for divorce but she don't to file herself. I don't want to loose my kids, In front of me only abuse them, beats them without any reason. She tried to kill me 3 times and I am not sure next time I will be alive or not. I need help to file complaint on her and her family members if anything happened to me, my mother or my kids. She and her family members will be responsible. She is torturing me mentally and physically. can i file online complaint against wife ?

Yes. You can file an online complaint/e'FIR for physical assault, criminal intimidation, wrongful confinement or related offences and seek police protection; the BNSS expressly permits electronic reporting of cognizable offences (see BNSS s.173 on e'FIR/recording of information). Relevant substantive offences are in the BNS (e.g. hurt/assault, wrongful confinement, criminal intimidation -BNS ss.114,130,127,351). If a station refuses to record a cognizable offence you can escalate to the Superintendent or approach the Magistrate; the Supreme Court's Lalita Kumari principle requires registration of FIRs where a cognizable offence is disclosed and BNSS preserves escalation routes (see Lalita Kumari v. Govt. of U.P. and BNSS s.173(4)). Preserve all messages/calls/CCTV and report online also at the National Cyber Crime Portal. Dear Client,
First, you should lodge a complaint at the nearest police station. Then, immediately engage a lawyer and file a suit against your wife. Are there any elder persons who can help you settle this matter amicably?

First and foremost if you feel that you have been threatened by her then give a police complaint to the nearest police station, If they are not filing the FIR do not worry but you get a receipt of your complaint. Now, Why do you want to live with her if she is such a cruel (as you mentioned) go for mutual divorce? Live peacefully. If need any further advice you may contact me.
