Q: How to get the refund from the institution

Sir i am a college student . Due to health preblems l want to discontinue the study .but the institution is not refunding the money as though the main institution had refund rules in the google. What can i do toget my refund.

Q: Want to transfer daughter to another college not providing NOC

Dear Sir, My daughter(age 16) completed her Intermediate 1st year in a college in Hyderabad. I wanted to shift her to another Intermediate college for studying second year in Hyderabad as we do not like the old college timetable. The current college is saying that transfer certificate or NOC will be issued only on the condition that I should bring an admission letter or a NOC from the new college. Will this fall under Right to education act?.. What options do I have against the current college?

File a petition in court that your husband not giving maintainence.It is the mandatory to the husband to give maintainence to the wife and her children.So by engage a lawyer you should file a IA petition.

Q: College not giving NOC to student for transfer to another college

Hello sir, I'm a lateral entry student joined in one engineering college and I want to transfer college after completing my second year and I have two backlogs and I'm from convenor quota and I have asked for noc from my current college for college transfer but they are refusing to give noc they are asking me to pay remaining years fees that I cannot pay I want college transfer without paying money for noc. so please help me sir how can I transfer college during Acedemic year 2018-19 and when I have to start the transfer process please let me know sir under Jntuh Telangana, Medchal District, Pin Code 501301.

Dear client, First send the legal notice t OK your college and explain your problem. Then you should give a week time to your college. If the college is not responded in the stipulated time then file a consumer complaint in consumer court

Sir , my father Is a government officer he married someone else now he is paying 10, 000 Ten thousand to my mother under the law.
