what should i do to complain against my parent's constant torture over me and my small brother?
Please define the type of torture they are inflicting upon you. how old are you and your brother? what are the complaints from their side? these factors are essential to file a genuine complaint. Now a days if a parent scold his/her child, the child comes into a conclusion of getting tortured!! So please be specific. :)
