Person denying property share due to support from others

What type of case can be filed if person who has a share in a property is denied due to a third party staying in that property with the support of people who have equal share in the same property?

As a co-sharer, one has to file a suit for partition before court of Competent jurisdiction. Relevant documents will be helpful to successfully put forth your case.

If you are a share holder of the said property, you can file a partition suit against other share holders. If you are also legally one of the share holder, then they can't deny your share. You contact any Advocate immediately and they do the needful.

Is the 3rd Party a bonafide tenant. How did he occupy the property? If he is a tenant then you must file a case to evict him from the property. Whether the people having a share in the property are supporting him or not does not make any difference. If you are in Chennai you can contact me for further advice and assistance.

You can send a lawyer notice in this regard. If the problem is not settled with a lawyer notice you can even file a case for the partition of the property . The 3rd person doesnot have any right to resist you to get the share of your father's
