Parents' abuse by daughter in law

my parents , both 66 years old are facing abuse at the hands of their daughter in law .they r too scared of reporting this. my brother is a simple person totally dominated and suppressed by his wife. all house expenses r borne by my parents. all house work is done by my mother. my father is working after retirement to sustain expenses. i am a doctor and ours is an educated family. i feel distressed seeing their plight. how can i help them?

Im of the considered opinion that mother in law should record threats and file complaint of criminal intimidation against daughter in law 2) she should refuse to bow down to blackmail tactics 3) if flat is in name of in laws obtain a injunction restraining daughter in law from entering said flat 4) she can also file domestic violence case against son and daughter in law and obtain a protection order For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.

1) Mother can file a domestic violence case against her daughter in law 2) As per the judgement of high court of Delhi the the son or daughter have no claim on the property of parents. so legally , your parents can ask your daughter in law to evict from the said property.

your parents can file case against their daughter in law before the court and they will get protection from the court and if they want they can also make the daughter-in-law to move out of the house . they have all the rights to live peacefully as they are the owner of the house
