sir, i want to clarify with you that after court marriage how many days we get court marriage certificate? any police issue? and without going to court can we marry by lawyer office? reply me as soon as possible !thank you.
Marriage under special marriage act is advisable when both girl and boy want to retain their faith
it is not necessary for your boy friend to change his religion to marry you , for registration you will have to go to the registrar.

After two months you will get that certificate if no such thing is objections by both the party.
If you both are more then 18 yrs girls and 21 yrs for boys, physically mentally fit, both should be mutually consent and knowing to each other.
You must be marriages such places that have registered in the competent authority for marriage purposes.

In such matters my experience says that police issues are rise on the pretends of certain relevent or unrelevent points. Object of such police complain is to get the contact of the concern person and pressure them,naturally.

U have to apply for registration than from date of appication adfter 30 days both have to remian presence before mrg registar and than after within 3 days u will get mrg certi.No police issue if both have all documents and proper age.

You can marry a girl under special marriage act provided you have complited 21 years and she has 18years.You have to contact marriage registrar thru lawyer and wait for a month then after court marriage will take place without any problems
