Dear sir, thanks for your reply but sir last time I told you I'm married with my mama,I'm not ask to my family& I'm not living with him, but now i want to leave with him, becoze of we are love to each other.plz sir guide any suggestion k hum sath me rhe to Kuch problem to nhi Hoga na.

No problem if you both are mutual consent. But you should first register to special marriage act accordingly. So that you have to right in proper way in the eyes of law. If you have any doubts, you should consult to proper counselor

After two months you will get that certificate if no such thing is objections by both the party. If you both are more then 18 yrs girls and 21 yrs for boys, physically mentally fit, both should be mutually consent and knowing to each other. You must be marriages such places that have registered in the competent authority for marriage purposes.

Firstly you should have special marriage permission. Take it on and register to court marriage. If you are belonging to Hindus costume. If you have any kind of afraid and thraitain by someone then you will approach to court for police protection.

Hello,. I have some question regarding visa. My husbund has got visa of canada for 8 years on the basis of marrige certificate. Now,after getting visa he is tourchering me alot. I think he has cheated me for visa. Nd,we r going to get divorce. Will it be afftected on his visa?

High Court has ordered me To visit the police station Every monday as a Condition in regular bail. There are more few condition but i have to cancel this one its very urgent. So any idea's ?

Why you haven't gone to respective police station? You should submit that proper proof of documents to the P. S. as well as Court. Otherwise you'll move an application before the court. Reason must be fullp proof
