01-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
MRO in Hyderabad is not issuing Family Members Certificate stating that this certificate will not be issued after one year from the date of death. Is there any such rule in Telangana.

hi you could file writ petition against the order passed by MRO on the ground that it is arbitrary and that there is no such rule that it should not be applied within one year of death and that such order and you need to explain the reasons why there was delay

You can hire an advocate to file a Succession/legal heir suit in the appropriate court for issuing family members legal heir certificates. MRO has powers to issue legal heir certificates only to the Government Employees for pensionary benefits
