Q: Husband not in contact and neither giving any maintenance

I was married last year .Mine was 1st marriage n my husband's was 2nd. Within few days of marriage arguments started and i got pregnant.Due to pregnancy and family custom i came to my parents house after 4months of my wedding.I delivered a girl in March.My husband just visited hospital to see her.But after dat he and my in laws are not giving me any monthly expenditure nor allowing me to come back to his house.

Q: My brother in law filed an injunction suit on my,how long it takes

The house was on my mother in law's name in 2007.they were 2 portions of the house G plus 1st floor,she gift deed to her 2nd son in 2009 adding a clause that ground floor be gifted to younger son, he got in 2009.In Jan 2016 he gifted that property on me and my wife's name, with No Rent payment till now and when we ask to vacate the property, they are not. hello without holding a proper title nobody can't gift property to anybody it mean that documents particular name transfer the same schedule property to others first of all she has a right to get schedule property on her name then she can transfer to anybody
