I am a retired individual, residing at Visakhapatnam. I was a member of the Executive Committee (EC) of the society and held the post of treasurer. \n\n2. I responded to verbal abuse by a resident and slapped him. He had since filed a complaint and a FIR u/s 341, 323 506 IPC against me. I have received summons to present myself in the court on 26 Jul 23.\n\n3. Need legal help

Through which court you received the summons?, you can engage an Advocate for defending your case, on 26/07/23 you have to appear in the court if you fail to appear so Arrest Warrenton will be issued upon you.

Q: Mobile photo of Affidavit without notarized admissible in court

An affidavit is prepared by our stepmother with signatures of my father and mother and stepmother also without notarized. Now, we suspect that our signatures are forged and we do not have original copy of affidavit but having mobile photo of it. Will mobile photo of affidavit admissible in court if FIR is filed ?

Is there any photo copy or scan copy of the affidavit apart from the mobile photo, of course through this forged affidavit you can file a criminal case against her, and file a FIR for cheating or file a private complaint against her

Q: Cheque bounce and fraud signature on the cheque

I had received a cheque with false signature worth 3.24 lakhs from someone who owed me money in business and the cheque bounced with wrong signature he is in Jaipur I’m in Hydrabad I have send him a legal notice how can I get him arrested and get my money from him pls give legal advice !

If you do not receive reply to your legal notice within the stipulated period you can approach the appropriate court to file NI case and summon him, if he doesn't respond to the court summons, court will issue warrant against the person who disobeys the orders of the court

Did your wife file any cases against you like 498A, Domestic Violence Case, Maintenance case and Divorce, if she is holding any judgement in favour of her she has all the rights to lock the property, if No cases filed she cannot lock the house which is jointly living together.
