Need to know Court Marriage Procedure or Process and Certification du

Hello there!nnCan anyone help me to know the complete process for a court marriage. Both parties belong to same religion (Hindu) and are aged 25 and 26Q. What is the complete process of initiating and applying from beginning to end?nnQ. How long will it take to obtain the certificate (as I believe, it is 30 days from date of registration but can someone confirm it)nnQ. Is there any option to obtain the certificate in same day or in a day or two? Can someone pls provide a reliable source of truth?nnThanks,

As per the rules of UP Hindu Marriage Registration Rules, 1973, the below-mentioned conditions should be satisfied by the bride and groom: Marriages should be performed under Hindu customs Groom and Bridegroom should be Hindus Groom should have completed 21 years, and bride age should be 18 years at the time of marriage Any of the below-mentioned places should fall within the jurisdiction of the Registering Officer in Uttar Pradesh Residence of bridegroom Residence of the bride Solemnization place

yes the court merriage is the one day process. Documents Needed 1. Adhar Card Both parties 2. Pan card Both parties 3.4 ,4 photos of Both parties 4. 2 witnesses 5. witnesses adhar card 6. witnesses Pan card. 7.Witness 2,2 photos

court marriage process in according to law first you fill online application form forward this to the officer to the respective office of the district or magistrate in 15 days of the date of filling appears to infront of the district office both party for photo authentication minimum 15 days to take certificate of marriage

Hello... You can get same day court marriage certificate....You bothe just need to give 3 id each and be present for maximum 1 hour....
