Need support for deciding next step as Husband in Jail in fraud case

I have been in a bad marriage since last 10 years due to lot of conflicts of my husband and in-laws' behavior. In year 2022, i had to reach out to police help as my husband absconded us and not performing his responsibilities for 2 my kids. Later as usual on police request, he did false commitments and then we stayed together for few months. But last suddenly police came to our house and arrested him in a fraud case, and it has been a year since he is in jail. what can i do now legally ?

hello mam mam phle aap ye batye kis case ke liye apke husband ko arrest Kiya Gaya hai 2nd kya unke pas arreste warrant tha ya illgelly tarhse unko vo log le Gaye hai aap kya legal help cahti hai madam

since still now you are the legally weaded wife of your husband you can file a bill application and we have half your husband and get the bell for your husband and once he is out of the jail you can find the maintenance case against your husband I think after that one she comes out from the jail by the fort of you I do not think that he will abscon from his responsibility for his kids and wife

Bail is possible in fraud cases, depending on case details and history of accused. Since he has been in jail for sometime there is a good chance he has reformed and will live a crime-free life. Good luck.
